Dear Sir Madam I have some white patches inside my mouth on both sides , Some red & Whites patches ,It's not Painful . I use to be smoker before , I have quit a year before .Am Worried what it could be . please check the photo & Suggest .

These are normal variants of buccalmucosa associated with traumatic cheek bite due to the sharp edges of teeth.
Don't worry about it.
If it's causing trouble like pain then smoothen the sharp edges of teeth by visiting the dentist.

After seeing the image it looks normal specially on right side which is called linea alba .this in normal and it appears white due to high keratinization at occlusal plane ..but on left side cheek it is more prominent due to more buccaly postioned upper back teeth..causing Linea alba more prominent due to frequent rubbing of buccal cusps on cheek mucosa.

please visit a dentist and get smoothening of cusps and avoid any tobacco or areca nut or any chewing habits for early resolving.
