Newly married.want suggestion regarding OCP .is unwanted 21 pills effective and safe? method of using pill.which day to start?is it effective from that month itself?any side effect? if vomiting occurs after taking pill what to do next? other than unwanted 21 any other better alternatives to take?

You can use any of the newer generation low dose OCP It starts from d-2 of menses

Take 1 tablet daily for 21 days starting from 1st day of menstrual cycle, then give 7 days gap ( pill free interval) for withdrawal bleeding. Start with new pack on day 8th after 7 days of pill free interval. Newly married couples best is OC pills.

Depends upon ur choice ,all OCP r effective ,if vomiting or nausea try to avoid u can use condom
