A focal asymmetry is seen in the left breast, upper outer quadrant with a circumscribed density. Additionally, a spot compression view of the left breast was taken (LSCC view), which revealed a suspicious spiculated mass in the region of the visualized asymmetry. On ultrasound, an irregular hypochoic lesion measuring 0.7 cm x 0.6 cm x 0.7 cm is seen at 10 o'clock position, 4 cm away from the nipple at 2 o'clock position.
