My Fasting blood sugar is 66mg/DL and ppbs is 201mg/ dl Is this normal Is medication necessary If so what are the medication to be administered and what is my diet to be followed

After food sugars are in diabetic range. Need to go for lab testing and do FBS PPBS and HBA1c for diagnosis and starting medicines. For now can start exercise regularly and maintain healthy diet. Diet should be low carbohydrate have more of pulses grams and veggies.
