Hello mam The condition of the rct can't be assessed by opg . It's needs intra oral X ray to assess it completely . Even if the rct is good some times few patients might have pain following treatment for few days its normal depending upon the pre-existing conditions . Have tablets properly . Pain after root canal treatment may occur due to may reasons. So careful assesment of your tooth with intra oral X rays will give a detailed analysis. Even if the rct is incomplete it can be refilled by doing retreatment if due to other causes it can be treated .

Take xray at present condition and have to see any abscess is developed. If not hitting oclussal tips should be reduced.
