Open Wound not healing

I got a scratch on my elbow and near stomach. The elbow one is drying and healing but having some pain. But, the wound near stomach is not drying. Clothes or comforter gets stick to the wound at night and again the wound become fresh in the morning. There is pain also during movement. Kindly suggest a ointment and tablet for faster healing.
