I have open sores that have came up within the past couple of days. They started coming up after I tore a little bit of my perinail. I've been having excess milky white discharge. I recently got std tested and everything came back negative. The sores don't look anything like pictures I've seen of herpes. I was thinking it might could be caused by a yeast infection. What should I do to heal quickly?
