This patient has two large extradural (or epidural) hematomas in the brain. If surgery was done in a timely fashion, the patient’s prognosis will mostly depend on his neurological status (GCS score) at admission and the reactivity of his eyes (pupils) to light. Unfortunately in these situations, only time will tell what the ultimate outcome will be.
