Oozing lips with yellow crusts

Ive been having dry lips with flakesfor last 4 months. Since last week my lips are oozing and after some time yellow crust builds up.no pain,bit itchy.im using vaseline to keep it moist.after removibg the yellow crusts the area is raw and starts to ooze again.im not using any new cosmetics except a new deodorant.
