Day before yesterday i slept by bellies on bed. My one side of testectle swelled and paining now..what should i do??

Hi, As per your complaints you should visit hospital and get a USG scrotum with Doppler done. You can take Crocin 650mg 1 tablet for pain relief. You may also need antibiotics in case of fever and infection.
