Hi doc Its been a month+ my one of the nose blocks always,one will be open. While sleeping whichever side i sleep that side nose blocks. Am breathing well and my spo2 is fine. Tried all nasal sprays bt gives temporary relief. What is the problem

It can b bcoz of deviated nasal septum or allergy..needed to undergo endoscopy
