One side cheeks swellen

I could see my one side cheek always swellen compare to other. I was having wisdom tooth pain two months ago.. now there is no pain but still dentist has suggested for tooth extraction.. is this cheek swellen issue related with dental or something else? Dont know to whom i have to consult for this issue? I have added my swellen cheeks pic to this. Please suggest.
