One of the nose getting blocked

I recovered from covid 3 months back. From that time one of my nose getting blocked and it's switching the side. Most of the time left nose getting blocked. Can someone help me to understand the reason for this and treatment.

consult online with pic of nose from nostril side close view post covid inflammation of inside nose skin (turbinate hypertrophy) may be the reason
