Incisor next to canine in lower jaw has moved back and tongue always hitting the teeth. Bleeding occurs seldom while brushing. One doc has advised either ortho braces(involving removal of premolars) or prosthetics. What should be preferred?

The cause of movement of tooth should be diagnosed. If it is periodontal issue then that has to be treated. If it is an occlusion problem then braces should work
