Can AKT4 cause diarrhoea bcz my wife on akt she having diarrhoea 8 ,10 times in days diarrhoea is watery type .1month back  undergone through sgot ,sgpt also it was normal 41 kindly suggest some medicine

Akt4 is for intestinal TB or lung TB or lymph bode TB or which Akt 4 sometimes can lead to diarrhoea but not often If intestinal TB needs evaluation
