Hello Doctor I'm 32 yrs old - female , can i take omega3 fatty vitamin supplements for my heart health , ( fish oil capsule suppliment) 6 months back - i suffered from slight chest pain & irregular heartbeat for 2 or 3 days , i used inderal 2.5 mg tab for 5 days. But still I'm getting chest pain , should i consult gynic ? Note* ( My ecg, 2d echo, tmt tests are normal ) Not to have future problem with my heart health Can i use these omega3 fish oil capsule suppliment If yes, kindly suggest dosage If no, kindly briefly explain reason y to avoid it Thank you
