Hi is beneficial to take Omega-3 tablet namely Mega-3 or other omega-3 nutritional supplements if suffering from dry eyes and higher screen time. Can i cause any side effects?

Hello, Omega 3 fatty acids help in dry eye management by increasing the tear lipid amount. However cause of the dry eye like environment changes, overexposure to gadgets, vitamin A deficiency,  etc. need to be addressed simultaneously.
