Hello, Is it common to give cetrizine 5 mg tablet dose for 4.4 year old kid for skin allergy reaction. As my doctor prescribed to my kid and after that kid started stomach pain also started crying.

The symptoms you're experiencing is part of skin  allergy not of tablets,  again meet doctor and he'll examine and give proper medication.
