My clitrois is hanging very all the way out.its completely exposed and my sister says that it looks like ive been havin a bunch of sex. i have been told if its like that u have had alot of sex and i am still a virgin. will it go away or is it permanite. also i have a kind of knot on the left side and a little bump that looks like a pimple plz help

Hogwash!!!Don't listen to your sis,this is just a natural,normal variation,just like different noses,for example!! For the other problems,consult your gynaecologist.
