My kid feel down two days ago and got scratch on knee we washed and left it today she fell down again and hit the same wound i am attaching image. Should we apply any antibiotic ointment for this? If yes is there any seperate ointment for kids or same as adults

Yes topic antibiotics will help, mostly topical antibiotics are same for both children and adults unless specified and can be applied
