Hi my oily dandruff started to spread on my face nose ears and chin i heared that dermadew soap is good for such condition there are 3types for normal dermadew, dermadew acne and dermadew lite so which could be best? so plz can anyone suggest this! plz affected part look normal only. only when i scrach mildly on my nose i get this on my nails
