Im having oily dandruff for 3 years.first it was normal but now im having severe dandruff which occurs inside my ears.because of dandruff im suffering from hairfall too.im having acne too. I need to remove dandruff permanently .

Stop using any sort of oil on your head. Are you applying anything for treating it. You have to continuously use antifungal shampoos once or twice in a week. If you want you can send me your pictures for better diagnosis and treatment. Brand names can't be written in open forum.
