Will cycle with CC or Letroz and HCG trigger cause OHSS? If yes, how do doctors manage it for their patients?

OHSS doesn't occur in all patients who use CC. You will be called for regular scans. In the scan if anything is suspicious of OHSS treatment will be started accordingly
