Odontogenic keratocyst (parakeratotic type) what are chances of reoccurence . Is there any need for reconstruction of bone if a slight damage of bone is there

Reoccurrence rate is high for odontogenic keratocyst. Are you sure about diagnosis, as shown in radiograph it look like dentigerous cyst. Histopathology will confirm it.
