Age: 19, Weight: 160 lbs., Height: 6'0", Race, Caucasian, Location/Duration of Issue: Pain in both shoulders (primarily right) for 7 months, Other Medical Info: only other significant medical incident was when I broke my pinky and popped the tendon, Medications: Relevant medications are ibuprofen and acortisone injection As stated above, I've been having shoulder issues for the past seven months.
