I experience some vivid images of a hammer like thing hitting on left side of my head repeatedly, due to which feel scared/disturbed many times; occuring from last 5-6 years; mostly creates obstructions while concentrating/reading something important (study)

Its not OCD...I would suggest you to consult nearest neuro physician and psychiatrist as you may be having organic brain disorder
