Well i always recommended one should get the diagnosis done by a professional, for declaring a particular disorder there are many criteria that need matched or satisfied for one to put into a particular parameters so i would suggest getting a proper diagnosis done by an expert because there are many people I have seen who trouble themselves for making this mistake of taking medication or forming a false belief of having any disorder where they don't even have that but they carry the false belief somehow.
Second thing is if you happen to have OCD it can truly be taken care of with the help of therapy , if the severity is high then only one needs the combination of therapy and medicine for the results to be 3 times more than normal.
