I feel you are a very sensitive and emotional person by nature.
Since childhood you have been having these episodes where you are in tears or unable to handle such situations as you want to handle them.
From the episodes you have texted I feel it is either because you are feeling not valued or because you are fearing being abandoned that has made your body react in ways you do not want it to. You will need to do some therapeutic exercises to learn to deal with your past episodes and with your present and your future situations. Please book an appointment with any psychologist whom you feel comfortable with and get help before you end up adding more such tough episodes and situations to your life.
