Ocd and Anxiety
I am scared . Please note : I AM UNDERGOING PSYCHIATRIC TREATMENT ALREADY FOR MY OCD AND ANXIETY. recently my theme has been related to ghosts and since yesterday I have been feeling as if there is something near my right ear . Only when I think about it I feel it , otherwise not . Is this PSYCHOSIS ? Or just another OCD theme .? Please help I am very scared .

I understand your concern, it's not psychosis dear, thus is a part of ocd, but if you have these persistent symptoms that means you're not recovering fully from your ocd, maybe you need a change in medication or dose optimization. Kindly consult for the same

I can understand.. actually in OCD sometimes similar symptoms appear but it's not psychosis , as thoughts r inside your brain ,and u r aware of that ..insight is present .. continue medication for OCD ..if any need to augment with low dose anti psychotic it will be work tremendously well
