I have fever from last 4 days. It is not constant. It is occasional. I am taking Combiflame from last 2 days. The first day I took Paracetamol. Please tell me what to do?

HELLO, TABLET DOLO650 HALF TABLET THREE TIMES A DAY AFTER BREAKFAST LUNCH AND DINNER.OR AS REQUIRED. TABLET AZITHROMYCIN 500 ONE PER DAY FOR THREE TO FIVE DAYS. LIGHT DIET, PLENTY OF LIQUIDS. IF REQUIRED BLOOD TEST FOR HB, TLC, DLC URINE TEST COMPLETE AND MICROSCOPIC. CONSULT A M.D. PHYSICIAN. O.K, BYE.
