Obstructive Sleep Apnea /COPD

Hello, My mother is having Obstructive Sleep Apnea currently she is in ICU, doctors are trying to maintain the Oxygen level using Oxygen and BiPap device. Currently the Oxygen is reaching 90+ but by using BiPap device and oxygen supply. the ABG report says that the CO2 Levels is little high then Normal somewhere around 70+. Please suggest me what can be done ?

The CO2 levels are still high. Adequate control of lung infection and her Obstructive airway disease ( if she has any) with bronchodilators is required. If her OSA is severe , she may require BiPap device at night time at home too. Lifestyle modifications and weight loss can help.
