Can ocd be cured completely or it can only be managed? Can the obsession go normally with medication and therapy by its own? Please tell me the correct answer.

It will go away with medicine, minimum 3 months Medicine r necessary after that according to ur symptoms we will decide usually..but therapy will help u out , medicine is must to come out from this repeated thoghts tht r involuntary
