I'm a 24 year old woman and had pcod. I dont have any serious illness. But, during a few years I have gained a lot of weight. I'm 5.1ft and now weight 85kgs. So,I have tried exercises, diet plans from dietitian, and gym. But, I could see effective results. I had a body scanning done. It shows that I have stubborn fats in arms, hips and thighs. So if I want to go for a liposuction will that be effective for inch loss? How will it cost?

Liposuction is process in which only localized fat from abdomen is remove. This will not helpful to you. Better you go for beriatic surgery.  I thing with dietary restrictions and exercise would be best for you.

You need to address your root cause of problems and make lifestyle changes along with treatment of PCOS. Liposuction will only give temporary results if you cannot address your root cause as you will regain you weight. Moreover Liposuction/ bariatric  surgery causes many side effects and diet and excercise needs to be maintained after surgery too
