Hello, central obesity is genetically most commonly seen in males of middle age, even some of the environmental condition will add upon like,, sitting for most of the time in a day,, less physical activity. Here are few keys to lose weight, exercise atleast 30min a day,, either brisk walk or cardio workout, get enough sleep and spend time with family and friends which will reduce stress and help to decrease weight.
