For the diet you will need to consult a dietitian. And instead of supplements which are synthetic, I 'd rather suggest that you visit dietitian and get all those hair nutrients from food. Also, if you team it up with a good sleep (10 pm to 6 am) and exercise 45 min everyday you will see good results. ALso, if your hair fall is more than 100 per day then you need to visit a dermatologist (allopathic). There are many reasons for hair fall and after an examination the dermatologist will be able to come to a diagnosis. And if the hair fall is less than 100 then you might be facing seasonal hair shedding. Women shed their hair 2 or 3 times year. for e.g. I shed hair in the winters. Figure out if you are in your season.
Next Steps
Visit a dermatologist near you (allopathic) avoid those hair clinics.
