Nutrition and poor health indicators

I recently got a health chkup and found bad on several counts including vitamin d, ferritin, borderline sugar and high cholestrol.. I have severe migraine issue and also sm other issues. I am looking for a comprehensive chkup wherein the doctor diagnoses as well as suggest a proper treatment and balanced diet.
