Numerous Boils on scalp for long time

I am having numerous boils on scalp. When on medication, the boils disappears and immediately after stopping the medicine, these appear all over scalp. What is the permanent solution to this. I have seen too many dermatologist with regards to this problem but of no use. Please suggest me the solution to this.
