Please advise. Since pretty long , I have been facing an issue whenever I wake up in the morning, or any time of the day or even midnight, especially i  have to get up because of this ,also while doing household work or bathing, my left hand palm gets numb and tingly as if some current is passing in hands. What can be reason and which test can help. Please note. My vitamins D n B12 are mild low. Also, iron is likely to be mildly low than the desired range. Thank you.
