I had C section delivery, 5 yrs ago, since then list some sensation on outer sides of both thighs, (numb) and recently I am having pain like needle pricking sensation in both thighs, Pl advise.. My B12 is 443

Numbness and pricking sensation can due to vitamin deficiency or pressure over the nerves.  Your vitamin seems to be normal. Get an MRI of spine done to see if there is any pressure on the nerves.
