Numbness in thigh

There is a numbness in thigh (the portion highlighted in the picture), doesn't feel anything, no pain, no blueness, don't understand what is the problem and only that portion is numbed not anywhere else, what I can feel is there is some blood circulation prblm but not sure, never had anything like that before..all the OPD are closed in delhi Please advice what to do..is it serious?

It's 'meralgia paresthtica'. Some simple measure will help: 1. Rest 2. Weight loss 3. Avoid tight clothes around waist 4. Drugs like Gabapentin could help. Stretching exercises
