I have some numbness in feet from 10 days. Can you please tell why the numbness is caused and how it id cured. Some times like electric shock the feet

Causes of numbness are only a handful including 1. Vit B12 deficiency Or 2. a disc bulge in the lower spine Or 3. diabetic neuropathy Or 4. Peripheral neuropathy So I would suggest to consult a nearby neurologist in the meantime get a CT lower spine done along with vit B12 blood test. Hope this helps
