Numbness from lower abdomen to complete left leg including toes . little pain during small pinch and no proper sensation

Hello.. Well it might be due to spinal cord issues..like spondylosis like thing..it's better you consult an orthopaedician and get yourself examined first and may be investigations like x Ray or MRI would be required...first meet the doctor.... thank you
