Why do i feel numbness in hands and back of the neck while i sleep also at times im head and it makes me feel uneasy...crp level 12.5 and b12 is 1250 also d3 is 25

CRP is fine, vitamin B12 is high and vitamin d is insufficient. Numbness of hands and back of neck may be due to change in your posture while sleeping. Try simply changing the pillows and sleeping position. If it still bothers you ,you need to get  cervical spine x-ray and MRI if advised by your doctor
