My father (64,M) has been experiencing complete numbness in fingers and toes accompanied with knee pain and stiffness. Please advise whether oil massages would help relieve the condition

Need to examine to know  the reason for his numbness , pain and stiffness and plan management accordingly oil massages only gives little relief from knee pain, that too for  a short period of time, it is not the sole treatment
