I m 22 weeks pregnant, i m having numbness in both hands during sleep particularly in the early morning n in daytime also. my right hand is painful especially fingers with burning sensation..what should i do to avoid this? i m unable to do any work bcos of numbness in hand.my both foot also getting swollen .i weigh 71 kg now.pls suggest me a natural remedies.

Hand pain, numbness, which increases in night could be due to thoracic outlet syndrome or carpel tunnel syndrome or hypothyroidism, cervical disc prolapse... Head and neck pain is definitely due to disc dessication at c2- c3...it may be due to decreased blood supply as well... Consult nearest orthopedic surgeon they will do the needful.
