Numbness left leg and hand?

Asked for Male, 24 Years

I sex with grl 7-11-18 after 3 day my body was full energy loss I m not able to stand and after 10 days both knee pain heavily after 2 days ,left side knee continuing the pain right side is painless ,after 1 month Back pain heavily till 4 days, After 40 days (left)one side leg and hand was lightly numbness and knee pain also I took quantitative PCR test after 21 days (not deducted) Blood test all are normal RA factor (negative) Creatinine normal What prob is this ???HIV OR ANY ?
