Left hip to foot severe numbness and feet getting hot immediately when standing or walking. It started after I accidentally stepped into a small pothole.

Hello there. I can understand your concern. Since you have had a trauma and after this trauma, the complains have started, it's necessary for you to undergo a full neurological work up. Some nerve may be damaged due to the trauma which needs to be ruled out. Kindly consult a orthopedic and spice surgeon in person or a neurosurgeon in person for further evaluation and treatment.
