Pain and numbness( no pain on pinch) points towards neuropathy ( involvement of nerve). Once the cause is detected and any other clinical findings is ruled out, it can be managed by physiotherapy and few drugs.

I truly understand the problem. It is distressing to patient to face this. This symptom definitely cannot be ignored and it is good that you have brought into my notice. May I know any evaluation has been done so far? As I can see there is no diagnosis in your query. Since the treatment entirely depends on correct diagnosis, the first step will be to establish one. The numbness will be due to problems starting from brain to small nerves within the hand. Hence detailed evaluation is warranted to ascertain the level of problem.
Next Steps
Please consider consultation either physical or better a video consultation first to see where the problem lies.
Health Tips
Neurological examination is must before considering any investigations or treatment.
