Hi i recently engaged with physical with partner we had oral sex and foreplayplz  from next day i started getting pain in penis nerves and it was about 3 days and that went off after a gap of 3 days i masterbate penis numbness started again tingling pain uneven sensation feeling in penis discomfort feeling like numbness
