Numbness around mouth

I am feeling numbness around the edge of the mouth/lips. No noticeable boils/ulcers present. A few days back I had chapped lips, the numbness started after having an orange and warm soup however it's still present the next day. Please advice. Thank you

Do u feel any deviation of face Feeling of hot or cold present or not If not then U hav to take medication Sometime numbnes occurs in winter season Due to cold induced stress Take consultation will get to u with medication
